Proud to Be Part of Life Line Screening
August 6, 2010
The information I received from my health screenings and Know Your Number report in July 2009 enabled me to enjoy climbing Mt. Rainier in July 2010.
During those 12 months, I lost 15 pounds, changed my nutritional plan, and started a more specific working out schedule. This all gave me the fitness and confidence needed to pursue the summit of Mt. Rainier.
Though I did not “summit”, I had the fitness to do so. During the next year, I will learn the mountaineering skills needed to reach the summit. Many extreme goals like this one are lifetime epic journeys. With the information I gain from Life Line Screening about my health – I can enjoy the journey as much as reaching the actual peak.
