Your Weekly Inspiration: Take What You Need
August 26, 2013
Water. Food. Shelter. These are all essentials to daily living no matter your age, background, gender or location. We all need these necessities to survive.
But what about the things we can’t physically see or touch? Things like love, courage, peace and understanding. We need those things just as much as we need the physical things. Our health – both mental and physical – depends on all of these items.
For optimum health and lower disease risk, we all need to be happy. And having things like love, courage, peace, understanding, motivation, strength and passion can help us to be our happiest selves. Take what you need so you can give your body and mind the essentials they need to be happy and healthy.

Your Weekly Inspiration: All You Need is One Reason
August 19, 2013
There may be a million reasons why you think regular exercise won’t benefit you. It’s too hard to stay motivated. You’re too tired. You don’t have enough time. You don’t get enjoyment out of it. It feels like work.
Whatever the reasons may be, they don’t matter. Why? Because there is one reason why regular exercise can benefit you that overpowers them all: it’s good for you – both mentally and physically.
At the end of the day, the benefits of staying active heavily outweigh the disadvantages. Sure, you might be tired or busy, but both of those reasons are not nearly as influential as the improvement of your health or lowered risk of disease. Remember that in the long-term and don’t let the negative reasons overpower the positive one.

August 12, 2013
If you don’t love yourself, how can you be healthy?

If there’s one person who can keep your health strong by practicing prevention, it’s you.
Take this week’s inspiration into consideration. If you love yourself first, you will be more likely to take care of your health. And if you’re taking care of your health, you are less likely to suffer from a debilitating and life-altering disease. So, in a sense, everything will fall into place.
