We’ve all done it at some point in time. You know, starting a new workout routine or changing our diets to be healthier, only to give up after a week or two. We’re so motivated in the beginning, and somewhere along the way that motivation runs flat. As frustrating as this situation might be, we’ve all succumbed to it.
The problem with this is that motivation doesn’t just come around easily. Finding the motivation to start a new, healthy lifestyle isn’t easy. And that’s what makes giving up all the more irritating – we have to find that motivation all over again.
The only solution to this ongoing cycle is to stop giving up. If you don’t give up, you won’t have to muster up the motivation to start over again. You can do it.
